Removal of the air dryer

1.Vent the dryer.

2.Unscrew the air dryer by means of a fliter release keym detach it. Return the air dryer for recycling or dispose of it like an oil filter according to the relevant regulatiors.

Installation of the air dryer

1.clean casing seal and threaded pin of the air dryer and check them with regard to damages.

2.Slightly grease the sealing of the air dryer and threaded pin.

3.Screw the air dryer by hand on the air dryer body till the sealing touches the body then tighten by hand by half a turn.

4.Feed the air dryer and check whether it is tight. perhaps the air dryer must be tightened up.

5.Enter the next exchange of air dryer on the date list. air dryer has to be exchanged every two years.in case there is more dirt sediment in the compressed air. the air dryer has to be exchanged more often.
