A,The Buyer shall open through a bank acceptable by Seller 100% of the total contract value Letter of Credit at sight with T/T Reimbursement in favor of the Seller a Confirmed Irrevocable to be negotiable in China until the 15th day after the shipment is effected.

B,30% T/T before production, the balance payment should be paid within 10days after B/L copy sent to the Buyer after shipment.

Insurance:

-To be effected by the Buyer.

-To be effected by the Seller for 110% of invoice value against Buyer.
