Luxury floating hotel with 8 double rooms, which can be expanded easily. 45 meters in length and 12.85 meters in width. It also has luxury facilities like a bar, restaurant, and fitting rooms. Pontoon part is steel and concrete. Upper parts are gonna be temperature and sound isolated prefabricated building.

Pontoons are gonna be anchored at four different locations. There will be generator, water tank, hydrophore, waste water tank and its pump. There is also going to be internet, 24h hot water, natural gas heating, TV, electricity and a dockage to reach to the shore.
