8. Modeling type: Adopts the coated sand molding Process , adopts the carbon-dioxide 650 hardened resin sand to make core.
9 Smelting Method: After having adopted intermediate frequency smelting liquid iron, scrap, nodular process and treated process, inoculating treatment by barium ferrosilicon, addition is 1.25%, the temperature of the melted iron is (1470—1510)°C, pouring temperature (1400-1420)°C
10 Heat treatment:isothermal quenching, adopts RT3-165-12 box resistor-stove to heat as austenitizing, heating temperature is 900±20°C,heat preservation for 90min. Isothermal quenching temperature is 270±15°C and heat preservation for 90min.
11 Chemical composition test: through director reader spectrograph to test the chemical ingredients
