Features:
Main frame
The main frame is used to connect chassis underframe, the flate base frame, power system, lifting cylinder and dump bed etc. It is in the middle to connect the upper body of crawler carrier and bottom carrier.
Running system
The driving hydraulic motor, gear reducer, driving wheel, track wheel, crawler supporting wheel and directive wheel are bolted on chassis underframe. The rubber crawler is installed on the chassis underframe. A strainer on the underframe is tensioning the rubber crawler.
Frame
The guard bar is mounted in frontend of the frame. Cab, operating mechanism, battery, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, cover structure are installed on the frame. The width of frame is2250mm, exceed part is mounted by bolt, which is easy to disassembling. This design is successful obtain the national patent.
Some containers
The base plate of dump bed is welded with wearable steel plates. Side plate of the dump bed is welded with normal constructional steel plates. Cab protective cover is mounted on dump bed byusing bolt, which is easy to disassembling. This design is successful obtain the national patent.
The dump bed and protective cover are the independent components. There is a connection designing between the cover and dump bed. Insert the protective cover into the dump bed connection part bolted down. It is easy to disassemble the protective cover.
The protection of Cab
To protect the cab is very important during the loading. If there is no protection, the cab is easy to damage. So it is very important to consider the protection of the cab when design the dump bed. Meanwhile, the dimension of transportation should also be considered. How to avoid the cab disassembling being influenced by the protective cover is a problem. The following design solved this problem well.
Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system. The running of the machine is driven by the hydraulic motor driving wheel. The traveling is controlled by the pilot dual valve. The dump bed is lifted by the cylinder which is controlled by the three position four way valve.
Electric system:The crawler voltage is 24V
The main market of SWCC75 is oversea. After the serious consider of the transportation, the frame, dump bed, chassis underframe and guard bar are bolted assembly parts which are easy disassembled. The kerb weight and dimension are matching the container transportation requirements. It is easy to transport. The cost of transportation can be reduced.
