What color can we do? How much more is the glow in the dark paint ? We can do just about any color, tell us the color code or send us a color picture The Glow in the dark bikes is $20/each.
Can I use different component? Of course you can, but the price and the lead time may differ
How’s the quality of the bike? JHC bike meets or exceeds U.S. CPSC standard and EN 14764 bicycle standard
What’s the payment term? 30% T/T as deposit and the rest 70% T/T as per B/L copy.
Do you carry parts & accessories? What are the prices of them? Yes, as a manufacturer we stock a variety of parts & accessories. (See 2nd attachment of parts & accessories prices)
Can you design packaging or logo ? Yes, our graphic designer will do that for you for free as well !

1.We have professional photographer taking product photos for free, so you would be able to post
images online in advance.
2. The shipment can be arranged and the ocean freight will be confirmed with your destination port.
3. Free decal design can be offered.
4. EN14764 certificate is available. And re-export through Taiwan can be arranged.

Five years warranty on Hi-ten and Alloy frames. Lifetime warranty on Chromoly frame. (The warranty does not cover pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of normal wear and tear).

We also supply replacement components and upgrade components. We'll try our best to satisfy whatever your demand is.
