Assembly

set up the workstand by sliding the coupling (1)all the way down.

Fold the feet (2)down and ensure the workstand is placed on a solid and even surface

Insert the pole (B),and then mount the bracket (C) onto pole.

Attaching the bicycle

Select a section of the frame to be clamped into the workstand.

This frame section must be at the bicycle's centre of gravity.

Adjust the angel of bracket (C) to fut the selected frame position of the bicycle and tighten the self-locking screw.

Extend the pole to the desired height.Twisting the pole allows you to aslochange the position of bicycle.Once you have reached the desired height and position firmly tighten the self-locking screw.
