As a high-pressure, aluminum and magnesium alloy die cast manufacturer, we utilize lean manufacturing techniques, and innovative and forward-thinking practices that allow us to shape our future through the continuous enhancement of process development. The company is currently in rapid development. The company currently has five sets of die-casting machines with lock forces from 160T to 400T. The company has its own mould manufacturing department, precision CNC machining centers, grinding, barrelling and rinsing equipment. It also provides surface treatment services , such sand blasting, polishing, anodizing , chrome plating,powder coating, painting etc.

In the first half of 2014, the company will install more die-casting equipment, including 800 tons die casting machine, and semi-automatic equipment like punching machines, multi-axis drills, etc. In near future, the company will be equipped with 1,200 tons, 1,600 tons, and even 2,000 tons die-casting machines .
