11. Spheroidization Treatment Method:

(1) Strictly Control the Oven Material, avoid to form strongly carbonization elements such as Cr.,V. , Mo etc. Mn remove low limit, prevent from free cementite as- cast state

(2)Amount of Preparation, (0.5--0.7)%, one hand prevent from Carbonization , other hand prevent from forming amount of ferrite.

(3) Add appropriate amount of Cu stable pearlite, (0.3-0.4)%

12. Heart Treatment Method: High Frequency Quenching(The aim is getting martensite structure from casting surface, can improve abrasion resistance of casting surface, same time can keep cast heart in good formability and tolerance)
