1. General Description
1.1 The boat hull type is single hull. The main hull is applied by marine grade steel material. The wheelhouse is applied by aluminum alloy material.

3.5 Propeller Shaft and propeller
The two propeller shaft will be used diameter 57.15mm stainless steel 316 shaft. The propeller will be used Ni-bronze 5 blades high speed propeller.
3.6 Rudder
The boat will be used stainless steel 316 rudder blade and rudder shaft.
4.0 Piping System
4.1 Bilge water system
The four sets DC bilge pump with automatic electric submersible switch will be placed in rudder compartment, engine room, accommodation and void area. Each bilge pumps capacity as 1500GPH. The bilge pump is to be discharged overboard.
4.2 Cooling system
The cooling system is to be supplied with seawater. Engine rooms will have a sea inlets mounted in the bottom plate. Seawater pump is built in the engine. The sea inlet grid free area will be at least three times the pipe sectional area. Shut-off valves and easily removable strainers will be fitted.
5.0 Ventilation
The engine room space is to be fitted with 2 sets of DC motor driven fan to ventilate engine.
6.0 Electrical System
6.1 DC Power
The main electrical system is DC 24 volts; with a two-wire insulated marine cable throughout, with all cables, breakers etc, generally to marine standards.
The propulsion units will be provided with starting batteries adjacent to the engine, having an approximate capacity of 200 Ah.
In addition there will be provided two sets of batteries of 200 Ah to supply power for services, lighting and other equipment.

7.1 Internal Lighting
Four dome lights (approximately 25 Watts each) fittings are to be provided in the wheelhouse, along with full 24v instrument illumination, console-mounted button.
The four fluorescent (approximately 25 Watts) fitting is to be provided in the rudder room, engine room, void space and accommodation.
7.2 Searchlight
A 100 w, 24v searchlight is to be fitted to the wheelhouse top and to be adjustable from within the wheelhouse.

9.1 General
All surfaces and welding seam are to be power brushed and properly clean up after construction, roughened and primed with one coat primer of 25 micro and one coat of epoxy primer × 25 micro to be coated (internal & external).

Following specifications based on Jotun coating System are for guidance. Other specifications of equal standard would be acceptable.
