The 50mm aero carbon rims are made of Japanese high modulus carbon fiber by EPS production technique which is the most advanced technology.

Custom Spoke Holes

The rims can be made as per your requirements. For example, the different angles of the spoke holes can be drilled according to your specific requirements. The tire side can be made without any holes. If you use Disc brake, you may ask for no brake track, which is also acceptable. The following is the advanced rim spoke-hole drilling machine:

Carbon Rim Tests

QC is conducted at all the production stages. Our modern test center is equipped with advanced carbon rim test equipment imported from Taiwan to test the rims. In addition, we sent rim samples to Taiwan for tests and got the EN14781 certificate. The following is the rim test machine:

Custom Painting

The rims can be made glossy finish or matte finish. We are happy to put your logo and decal designs on the rims so that you will have a unique wheelset or bike! It's easy to do so. Please send us your decal design. Then we will put the designs on the rims. After your confirmation, we would make vinyl stickers and paint the rims. Before delivery, we will send the pictures to you for your final confirmation.

WheelsetBuilding

The wheelsets are built by a professional cycling team who have more than 7 years experience of building wheelsets. After building, spoke tension is released for better performance. Very professional!

Shimano 10/11 hub type is available. Both Novatec 291-482SB hubs and Powerway hubs of 10/11 speed are optional. The spokes can be Sapim, Pillar 1420 or CN aero bladed spokes as per your requirements. The following is the Novatec 291-482SB hub and quick releases:

Warranty

One-year warranty is offered for our carbon rims. We have recall policy. If the rim should have any problems, we would recall the rim. Then a new rim will be sent to you for replacement while you don't have to pay.

Packaging & Lead Time

Packaging: Wrapped by foam tape and packed in carton

Lead Time: The wheelset or rims will be sent to you within 10 days upon receipt of your payment when the rims are in stock. If not in stock, the lead time is 20 days.

Shipping

1. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We will only follow your address listed at the payment for the shipment.

2. Please send us your reachable phone number, which is required by the post office of China when filling out the shipping form!

3. We usually ship the package by EMS. It usually takes about 5-15 work days for the parcel to reach you. DHL and Fedex can also be used as per your requirements, which are a little more expensive than EMS. China Airparcel is also available at your service.

Attention

Please check the package upon receipt to see if it's damaged in transit before signing your name. If so, please refuse to sign it and let us know the case. Then the EMS will send it back to us. Otherwise, we would be not responsible for it once you sign it.
