- Purpose
The ship to be used for the carriage of large equipments and supplies/cargoes for the offshore construction and work as well as fresh water supply.

- Classification, Certificate and Flag
The ship to be designed and built according to China MSA “Regulation for Statutory Survey of Ships and Offshore Installations (Technical Rules of Statutory Survey of Sea-going Ships), 2011”, and CCS “The Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships (2009) and amendment 2010”.
The ship to have all the necessary certificates issued by CCS and MSA.
The ship to fly the flag of People’s Republic of China.
- Arrangement
1) The ship to have aft engine and normal propulsion;
2) The superstructure to be arranged at bow;
3) The ship to have 1000t fresh water tank for water supply;
4) The flush cargo deck to be arranged after the forecastle, with railings at both sides to protect the cargoes;
5) The engine room funnel to be dismountable and arranged at the starboard side of engine room;
6) A passage to be provided under main deck to provide access from forecastle accommodation area to engine room;
7) Isolation layer to be set between FO tank top and main deck.

- Outfitting
Four windlasses to be set at both bow and aft, each to be equipped with 200m wire. Anchor to be 3 ton.
