1. GENERAL
The platform is a modular type self-elevating unit. The jacking system on the four coners to be controlled by one hydraulic pressure unit which is located on the deck. The hull is made of the ISO standard 20ft and 40ft container type units, which are dismoutable and easy for transportation by sea, river, railway or road. There is no pipe line in the hull body.
The platform is designed for port construction, bridge building, offshore support and so on.

3. HULL
The hull structure is made of 19 units with ISO 40ft container size, 8 unites with ISO 20ft container size, 4 leg sections and 4 jackhouse sections. All the units to be void tanks. Each unit consists of top plate, side plate, bottom plate, frames, stiffeners and girders which are high strength steel and well welded. The bolts to be applied for the upper side connection and the pins to be applied for the bottom side connection for the longitudinal direction. The transverse connection is same as longitudinal. The bolt joint to be used for connecting the jackhouse unit with the hull.
4. LEG AND SPUD CAN
There are 4 legs on the rectangular corners. Each leg is made of 4 sections. The legs to be watertight. The connection of each section to be bolt. Each leg to have one spud can with dimension of 5.5X4.3X1.5m(LxWxH). The material of leg and spud can to be high strength steel.
5. JACKING SYSTEM
The jacking system to be hydraulic. Ther are 4 lifting hyraulic cylinders and 4 pin driving hydraulic settings for each leg. All the hydraulic cylinders to be controlled by one hydraulic unit and working synchronously. The hydraulic unit to be a standard module and cooled by air.
