20 tonner mining trolley locomotive - ZL20-7/750

For the open metallurgical pits with the track gauge 762mm or 900mm, DC mining trolley locomotive ZL20-7/20 could designed speed regulating by resistance, IGBT or AC converter. There are three kinds of brake mode on this locomotive: resistance, mechanical and pneumatic brake. Furthermore, the air brake machine JE-7 could offer air brake power for the mine car as well as locomotive itself. This locomotive is smooth in starting, operating, speed regulating and braking.

The driving cab is on the middle of the bodywork and the high voltage chamber and mechanical chamber are on the both side of it. Comfort driving environment on the air-conditioned electric locomotive.

Chassis

Constructed in welded steel and suspended by leaf spring or rubber studs on grease bearing seats with tapered roller bearings.

Speed control

In order to achieve continuous and stepless speed regulation, they have an electronic speed controller with high reliability.

Center cab type

This type have better field of vision for the operators.

Brakes

Pneumatic brake to the four wheels by brake shoes. Stop brake by manual mechanical brake.

Sanders

Pneumatic (or mechanical) sanding system to the rails.

Buffers and motor suspension

The locomotive has two buffers with spring shock absorbers to achieve complete shock absorption against collisions. Equally, the motor is suspended from the chassis by a brace with springs.

Headlights

The locomotive has two headlights (diodes LED), one in each direction.
